Returns must be made within 30 days of shipment in original packaging and condition. A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to any stock material returned. We do not accept the return of special order items.
Shipping damage discovered on BDAP truck shipments must be indicated at time of delivery and noted on the shipping ticket. Shipping damage discovered on LTL (Common Carrier) shipments must be reported to the delivering carrier and noted on packing slip at time of delivery. Damage not noted on shipping ticket and not reported at time of delivery will be considered to be the responsibility of the buyer.
